Doc Synchronus was banished from England after the great Enteric Fever outbreak of 1846 in London over the possible connection between the epidemic and the medicines from his Village Chemists that were dumped in the River Thames. Since then he has been traveling the United States selling his cure alls and medicines until that time when he takes over England and forms a “Village Resort” where he can gain the secrets of World Leaders for his own plans of ultimately taking over the world.
